This was our first renovation project and we could not have done it without Tim and the Zenico team. Right from the very start Tim was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process, helped us plan a realistic timeline (we had to arrange alternative accommodation), gave us recommendations for architects, builders and other tradesmen to approach for a quote, helped us to benchmark the quotes against other projects he had worked on recently and provided an essential sounding board for us. It was easy to discuss ideas with him, and get his input (and he had an opinion - if you wanted it - on everything which was super helpful!).

Our project completed virtually exactly on the day that the contractor had promised at the start, and we can say this with absolute confidence that this could not have happened without Tim and Zenico.
