Tim and the Zenico team joined our project at relatively short notice. We had already secured builders but were conscious of our lack of experience with renovations. Crucially, we both work long hours nearly an hour away from the site and were not living in the property. Tim quickly stepped in to draft a contract and agree on a schedule of work and a payment plan that worked for everyone.

Zenico became invaluable, not just for sourcing materials like flooring, tiles, and appliances at great prices, but for their creative problem-solving. When Suez Canal blockages caused delays or items were unavailable, Tim always found a solution that fit our vision.
