Project Summary
Full house refurbishment including a new side and rear ground floor extension, new loft conversion, substantial interior layout remodel, new electrical and plumbing installation, new bathrooms and WC, new bespoke kitchen and comprehensive bespoke joinery throughout.
The Details
Project managed the whole renovation from initial house purchase through to completion. Our scope included engaging the architect, structural engineer, party wall surveyor and main contractor, then overseeing the full build phase. We acted as Contract Administrator to the main contract and coordinated with all third party suppliers to deliver a substantial bespoke glazing package, new kitchen, several bathrooms and joinery throughout.
