The Details
Zenico managed the planning process, got the builder on-board and managed the build.
Removal of the partition between the two flats and construction of a side return adding 12sqm. Reconfiguration of layout including a new master suite and full refurbishment including new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms and period window refurbishment throughout.
