Meet the team
Zenico was set up by Tim Slorick after spending many years running several successful businesses helping companies to manage complex projects and save money by buying smarter. He also completed several major domestic property redevelopment and investment projects.

With over 20 years of commercial experience, combined with a masters degree in engineering, he identified an opportunity to create a business that could support people who wanted to extend or renovate their home, but didn’t have the time or knowledge to be confident in getting the result they wanted. He also wanted to place a much higher focus on supporting customers through a very high level of service, thereby removing many of the stresses of a residential renovation project.

Tim Slorick, MEng, MIET, MCIPS
Managing Director
Tim's passion is combining his engineering, commercial and consulting skills from former lives to help create beautiful homes. In addition to the technical work involved in running building projects, Tim loves the creative side - in particular combining both form and function to the schemes that he runs for Zenico's customers.

As well as his Masters in Engineering, Tim is a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
Helen Dalgleish
Interior Designer & Project Manager
Previously co-ordinating a range of projects at the Design Council, Helen found her true passion lay in design, particularly Interior Design. Combined with her experience spanning over a decade in the commercial sector and more recently her own personal residential construction projects, she has a wealth of knowledge on project planning and delivery. Helen brings her meticulous planning toolkit, little black book of suppliers and creative flair on every project she manages.
Daniel Finnigan
Project Manager
With a design-led background Daniel has been working in the construction industry for over a decade. Having worked on projects ranging from entry-level extensions to multiple dwellings over a 3 storey new build, Daniel brings a wealth of experience as a project manager. Whatever the specific project needs, Daniel is there to ensure that the client’s brief is successfully carried out.
