Full house refurbishment including a new two storey rear extension, side extension infill, new rear roof with vaulted ceiling to new extension, full new electrical and plumbing installation, new bathrooms and WC, new bespoke kitchen with crittall style sliding doors, air conditioning and a comprehensive bespoke package joinery throughout.
The Details
Project managed the complete renovation from taking over a stalled project at the design phase through to completion. Our scope included liaising with the existing architect and structural engineer, engaging a new party wall surveyor and main contractor, then overseeing the full build phase. We acted as Contract Administrator to the main contract and coordinated with all third party suppliers including the kitchen and joinery packages, several bathrooms and flooring throughout.
