The Details
End-to-end project management for the customer, including running the procurement through to managing the main contractor throughout the entire build and working with specialist contractors such as a bespoke kitchen company.
Scope included side return extension with full glass roof, new glass pivot door and sliding window, new underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, new bespoke kitchen, WC and utility, and enlarged bedrooms with soundproofing on first floor.
